- 60ml Pilgrim’s Gin
- 30ml lemon juice
- 15ml of a simple syrup
- Fresh Raspberry
- 10ml Pilgrim’s Raspberry & Ginger liqueur
Pour 60ml of Pilgrim’s Gin, 30ml of lemon juice and 15ml of a simple syrup (½ sugar ½ water) into a glass. Add crushed ice and churn with a bar spoon to blend. Garnish with raspberry. Drizzle with raspberry and ginger liqueur just before serving.
